WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903,” and of Wilson,
Thompson, and Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-
up of the above-named company, subject to the super-
vision of the Supreme Court, was, on the 13th day of
January, 1906, presented by the said company to His Honour
Sir Robert Stout, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of the said Court.
And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge
of the said Court at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on
Thursday, the 25th day of January, 1906, at the hour of
10.30 o’clock in the forenoon. And any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making
of an order under the above Act for the winding-up of the
said company, subject to the supervision of the Court, should
appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for
that purpose. And a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring the same on payment of the regulated
charge therefor.

The registered office of the above-named company is at the
New Zealand Consolidated Dental Company’s Buildings, in
Mercer Street, in the City of Wellington.
