in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Tauranga,
have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand praying that the said area be
constituted a drainage district under the provisions of the
said Act:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority contained in the third section of “The
Land Drainage Act, 1904,” and acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land
described in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the
purposes of Part I of the said Act, and to be called by the
name of the “Tumu-Kaituna Drainage District”; and also,
in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority con-
tained in the fourth section of the said Act, doth hereby
declare that the Board of Trustees for the said district shall
consist of five persons, to be elected as members of the
said Board under and in accordance with the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

TUMU-KAITUNA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in
Te Tumu and Maketu Survey Districts, bounded towards
the west and north generally by the Kaituna River from
the northern boundary of Karangi B No. 2 Block to the
northernmost corner of Tumu Kaituna No. 10B Block;
thence towards the east by the said Tumu Kaituna No. 10B
Block and its western boundary-line produced to the
southern side of the road forming the northern boundary
of Section No. 15, Block IV, Maketu Survey District;
thence again towards the north by the said road to the
north-eastern corner of the said Section No. 15; thence
towards the north-east by the road forming the north-
eastern boundary of the said Section No. 15 to the eastern-
most corner of that section; thence towards the south
generally by Paengaroa North F3 Block, Section No. 13,
Block IV, Maketu Survey District, Pukaingataru, Kara-
gi A, and Karangi B No. 2 Blocks to the Kaituna River,
the place of commencement: excepting from the above-
described area Tumu Kaituna Nos. 4B, 5B, 6B, and 11A
Blocks.

day of April, 1906.

COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by “The Government Valuation of Land
Act Amendment Act, 1900,” His Excellency the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony,
doth hereby order and direct that the district valuation rolls
for the special districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto
shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at the thirty-first
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and six.
