Notifying Lands in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the eighteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

of Ngaruawahia, to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Board of Trustees of the Komakorau Drainage District, as constituted under “The Land Drainage Act, 1904”; also to appoint Wednesday, the 28th day of March, 1906, to be the date, and the Ngaruawahia Town Board Office, at Ngaruawahia, to be the place, for holding such election; and also to appoint Wednesday, the 4th day of April, 1906, at half past seven o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the Town Hall, at Ngaruawahia, to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.
