And whereas on the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, the Council of the City of Wellington, the local authority having control of the street known as Clifton Street, Island Bay, being the street described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said street:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved, subject to the condition hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby approve of the said resolution, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on either side of the said street within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
That street known as Clifton Street, Island Bay, in the Wellington Land District and in the City of Wellington, situated between Adelaide Road and Brighton Street; as the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 3037, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of "The New Zealand Institute of Surveyors and Board of Examiners Act, 1900," His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby appoint, as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven, the undermentioned persons to be members of the Surveyors' Board constituted by the said Act, namely,--

The Hon. GEORGE FREDERICK RICHARDSON, and PETER EDWARD CHEAL,
the two first-named persons having been nominated by the Minister of Lands, and the two last-named persons having been nominated by the Council of the Institute of Surveyors, as required by the said Act.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by "The Public Domains Act, 1881," and the amendments thereof (including "The Domain Boards Act, 1904"), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, delegating powers to the Levin Domain Board, in so far as it relates to the
land described in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby appoint
THE LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
To be the Levin Park Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Levin Park Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Monday, the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Levin, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held,
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres, more or less, being Section No. 24, Suburbs of Levin, situated in Block I, Waiopewhu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the Horohenua Road West ; towards the south-east by a public road ; towards the south-west by a public road ; and towards the north-west by the Weraroa Road : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 50416, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

to be the South Rakaia Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called the South Rakaia Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Thursday, the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at four o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Road Board Office, South Rakaia, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTH RAKAIA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 101 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2537, situated in Block XIII, Rakaia Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the terrace of the Rakaia River, and by Section No. 30133 ; towards the south-east by the South Rakaia Township; towards the south-west by Normanby Road; and towards the north-west by Wolseley Road.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2442, Town of South Rakaia. Bounded towards the south-east by Lots Nos. 31 to 36, inclusive ; towards the north-west by Lots Nos. 19 and 20 ; and towards the north-east and south-west by road-lines.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25681A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
