Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint

The CHAIRMAN of the Katikati Road Board, *ex officio*;
The CHAIRMEN of the Katikati School Committees, *ex officio*;
The CHAIRMAN of the Katikati Library Trust, *ex officio*;
The SECRETARY of the Katikati Brass Band, *ex officio*;
and
The SECRETARY of the Katikati Football Club, *ex officio*,

to be the Uritawa Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twelfth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library, Katikati, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

URITAWA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Lots Nos. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 of Section 52, Parish of Tahawai, and comprised in certificate of title, Auckland, Vol. 115, folio 80.

Authorising the Exchange of a Reserve in Auckland Land District for other Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of December, 1906.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto was heretofore duly set apart as an endowment for primary education: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to exchange the said land for that described in the second column of the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the third section of “The Public Reserves Act Amendment Act, 1889,” doth hereby declare that the said land described in the first column of the Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Description of Reserve authorised to be exchanged. Description of Land to be obtained in Exchange therefor.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres, more or less, being Section No. 1, Parish of Titirangi. Bounded towards the south-east by Section No. 2, Parish of Titirangi, 580 links; and on all other sides by the Whau River: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52745/14A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red. All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 138 acres and 27 perches, more or less, being Section No. 24, Block XI, Waihou Survey District. Bounded towards the east by Sections Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, Block XI, Waihou Survey District, 7386·8 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 25 of the same block, 6364·7 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 4359·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52745/14B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Auckland City Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of December, 1906.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for public cemetery purposes:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Auckland City Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the City of Auckland, in trust, for public cemetery purposes.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 248A, Parish of Waikomiti (Titirangi Survey District), and containing by admeasurement 177 acres 1 rood 7 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 5297 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 358 and 831 links; towards the south by Allotment No. 248, Waikomiti Parish, 4590 links; towards the east by the said Allotment No. 248, by the crossing of a railway, and again by the said Allotment No. 248, 3241 and 100 links respectively; towards the south-west by the Oratia Stream; and towards the north-west by the termination of a road reserve, the crossing of a railway, a public road, and Sections Nos. 56 and 51 of Waari Hamlet, 6077 links: save and excepting a road and a railway that intersect the land herein described: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55945/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Appointment of Trustees, Cambridge Volunteer Drill-shed Reserve.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Volunteer Drill-sheds and Lands Act, 1888,” “The Volunteer Drill-sheds and Lands Trustees Validation Act, 1890,” and “The Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1906” (hereinafter termed “the said Acts”), His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby constitute and appoint—

Brevet-Colonel RICHARD HUTTON DAVIES, C.B., New Zealand Militia, Officer Commanding Auckland Military District;
Acting-Major HENRY JOHN CLIFFORD, No. 2 Regiment, Auckland Mounted Rifle Volunteers; and
Captain WILLIAM ROBERT COOPER WALKER, No. 3 Company, Waikato Mounted Rifle Volunteers,

to be Trustees of all that piece or parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement two acres, more or less, being Sections numbered 28 and 29, Town of Cambridge East, together with all buildings erected thereon, to hold the said several premises for the purpose of maintaining a drill-shed for Volunteer purposes, and generally for the purposes of and with the powers conferred by the said Acts; and it is hereby declared that the said Trustees shall be incorporated under the name of “The Trustees of the Cambridge Volunteer Drill-shed Reserve,” and that they shall take office as such Trustees on the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and six.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and six.
