Vesting a Reserve in the Waimate Horticultural, Agricultural, Pastoral, Produce, and Industrial Society.
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourth day of November, 1905.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for an agricultural and pastoral society’s show-grounds:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Waimate Horticultural, Agricultural, Pastoral, Produce, and Industrial Society (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in “The Waimate Horticultural, Agricultural, Pastoral, Produce, and Industrial Society (Incorporated),” in trust, for a site for an agricultural and pastoral society’s show-grounds.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 82, Block VII., Waimate Survey District (Suburbs of Mania); as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52789, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Changing the Purpose of a Portion of a Reserve in the Nelson Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of a reserve heretofore duly set apart for a site for public buildings or other purposes of the General Government, being a reserve within Class II. of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” and such land has not been vested in trust in any society, body corporate, or trustees:
And whereas it is expedient that such land shall be appropriated for a site for a school of mines, being a reserve within Class III. of the aforesaid Act:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the second section of “The Public Reserves Act Amendment Act, 1889,” do by this notification declare that the said land shall, from and after the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and five, be appropriated for a site for a school of mines under Class III. of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881”; and I do hereby direct that this notification shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 15·06 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1070, Town of Westport. Commencing at a point on the eastern side of Palmerston Street, the said point being 84·85 links in a northerly direction from the intersection of the said eastern side of Palmerston Street with the northern side of Wakefield Street; thence bounded towards the west by Palmerston Street, 75·76 links; thence towards the north by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned boundary, 124·24 links; thence towards the east by a line parallel to the first-mentioned boundary, 75·76 links; and thence towards the south by a line parallel to the northern boundary, 124·24 links: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.G. 47907, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and five.

Land temporarily reserved in the Westland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less, being Section No. 954 (in red), Block IV., Brunner Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point, the said point being distant 6·1 links in a south-westerly direction along a line bearing S. 20° 28′ W. from railway traverse peg No. III. (shown on plan hereinafter referred to), and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction along a line bearing S. 78° E. a distance of 1394·5 links; thence south-westerly along a line bearing S. 12° W. a distance of 1730 links to the shore of Lake Brunner; thence westerly by the shore of the said lake; thence northerly by the right bank of the Arnold River to a point in line with the line bearing S. 78° E. aforesaid; and thence south-easterly along a line bearing S. 78° E. to the point of commencement: exclusive of the railway reserve and the road reserve which intersect the above-described area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54375/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a recreation reserve.

(shown on plan hereinafter referred to), and proceeding thence south-easterly along the north side of the said public road a distance of 200 links; thence north-easterly along a line at a right angle to the said public road a distance of 500 links; thence north-westerly along a line at a right angle to the last-mentioned boundary-line a distance of 200 links; and thence south-westerly along a line at a right angle to the last-mentioned boundary-line a distance of 500 links to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the
