I, HARRY RAMSBOTTOM, formerly of Keighley, Yorkshire, England, but now of St. Kilda, near Dunedin, New Zealand, Methodist Minister, do hereby give notice that I have assumed and intend henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to sign and use and be called and known by the surname of "Ranston" only, in lieu of and substitution for my present surname of "Ramsbottom"; and that such intended change or assumption of name is formally declared and evidenced by a deed poll under my hand and seal dated this 26th day of October, 1905, and intended to be forthwith enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at Dunedin, New Zealand aforesaid. In testimony whereof I do hereby sign and subscribe myself by my present and such my intended future names, at Dunedin aforesaid, this 26th day of October, 1905.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1903," and of the Wade Settlers' Co-operative Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Wade, on Monday, the 16th day of October, 1905, the following extraordinary resolution was unanimously passed:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same."
And the said meeting thereupon duly appointed WILLIAM WALLACE BRUCE, of Auckland, Accountant, Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the above-mentioned company and distributing its assets.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 6th day of November, 1905, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitor (if any), to W. H. SUCKLING, of Wellington, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, personally or by their solicitor, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

McFarlane and Co.," and the said firm will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities of the said late firm and receive all moneys due thereto.
