NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
WE hereby beg to intimate that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between BERTRAND JAMES DINGLE, RONALD FREEMAN VEALE, and NORMAN MORRIS RUSSELL, under the style of “Messrs. Dingle, Veale, and Russell,” Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Symonds Street, Auckland, has been dissolved as from the 7th October, 1905, by mutual consent.
The business will be continued by the aforesaid Bertrand James Dingle, who will receive all accounts owing to the late firm and who will pay all moneys due by it.

APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FOR A CLAIM.
To the Warden of the Otago Mining District, at Black’s.
PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1898,” the undersigned, Richard Frederick Wallis, of Gore, Fellmonger, and Garibaldi Botting, of Dunedin, Dealer, hereby applies for a license for a claim as specified in the Schedule hereto, in respect of the land therein referred to, which has been duly marked out for the purpose.
Dates and numbers of miners’ rights: R. F. Wallis, 26th August, 1905, No. 48961; G. Botting, 26th August, 1905, No. 48962.
