SCHEDULE.

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: Commencing at a point in the Teviot Stream 5 yards above the head of water-race held under License No. 764r, and terminating at the head of the said water-race. A strip of land 5 yards wide on each side of the race is also hereby applied for.
Length and intended course of race: 5 yards; east and west.
Points of intake: Teviot Stream, 5 yards above Water-race No. 764r.
Estimated time and cost of construction: One month; £30.
Mean depth and breadth: 3 ft. and 3 ft.
Number of heads to be diverted: Eleven and a half.
Purpose for which water is to be used: Mining.
Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.

Election of two members of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand for the Central District, the boundaries of which are the same as those of the Provincial Districts of Wellington, Hawke’s Bay, Nelson, and Marlborough.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is my intention on the 1st day of December, 1905, to proceed to the election of two duly registered pharmaceutical chemists of New Zealand, to serve as members of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand in the places of George Mee and George Bagley, who retire by effluxion of time, and are eligible for re-election. And I hereby appoint Monday, the 13th day of November, 1905, at 4 p.m., as the time, and my office, corner of Featherston and Brandon Streets, in the City of Wellington, as the place, for receiving nominations of duly qualified persons to fill the said vacancies.
