THE Kuranui-Caledonian (Limited) hereby give notice that the registered Office of the company in New Zealand has been changed from No. 1, Mercantile Chambers, Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand, and is now situate at Nos. 40 and 41, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland aforesaid; and further take notice that we, the undersigned, the duly appointed Attorneys of the company by Deed Poll dated the 27th day of July, 1905, have, in partial exercise of the powers vested in us by the said Deed Poll, substituted and appointed Henry Gilfillan, the Younger, of the City of Auckland aforesaid, Company Secretary, to be the Attorney for the company in the place of John Stevenson (who has resigned), for the purposes, inter alia, of section 31 of “The Mining Companies Act, 1904,” and section 302 of “The Companies Act, 1903.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at No. 27, Rattray Street, Dunedin, on the 15th day of August, 1905, the following special resolution was passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, held at No. 27, Rattray Street, Dunedin, on the 26th day of August, 1905, the said resolution was duly confirmed, namely:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903,’ and that William Reid, of Dunedin, Accountant, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
WHEREAS a dealing has been presented for registration affecting the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 45, folio 42, in favour of Rangitahau, of Taupo, for part of Runanga No. 1A Block, situated in the Otukotara, Heruiwi, Runanga, and Maruaniu Survey Districts, and evidence adduced of the loss of the duplicate certificate of title: Notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealing without requiring the production of the duplicate certificate of title, and to issue a provisional certificate of title in lieu thereof, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
