Notice of Appointment of Committee for Incorporated Block.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, GISBORNE DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and its amendments, and of the petition for incorporation by the owners of the Pariwhero A, B, C, and D Blocks. At a sitting of this Court held at Port Awanui, before Robert Noble Jones, Judge, and Rawiri Karaha, Assessor, on Wednesday, the 6th day of September, 1905.
UPON reading the certificate of Enoka Rukuata, the chairman presiding at the general meeting of the proprietors of the above block, and upon hearing the petitioners, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the owners, in the prescribed manner, fixed the number of the members of the committee at five, and nominated the under-mentioned members thereof, it is hereby ordered that Hori Mahue, Enoka Rukuata, Hakaraia Mauheni, Manahi Parapara, and Mohi Ngatai be, and the same are hereby appointed, members of the committee to administer the said land.
As witness the seal of the said Court, this 6th day of September, 1905.
