Land temporarily reserved in the Wellington Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 79 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 33, Block XIII., Ohinewairua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Subdivision No. 4A 3C No. 1 of the Awarua Block, situated in Block XIII., Ohinewairua Survey District; towards the south-east generally by the Namunui Road; towards the south-west generally by the Mataroa Road; and towards the north-west by Section No. 29, Block XVI., Maungakaretu Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54145, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a scenic reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block VIII., Waikawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, forming part of the southern boundary of Section No. 8, Block VIII., Waikawa Survey District, and the continuation of the same to the road reserve along the shore of Porpoise Bay, and by the last mentioned road reserve to South Head; towards the south-east, towards the south, and towards the west by the road reserve along the shore of the ocean from the said South Head to the public road first mentioned: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 49766/32, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a scenic reserve.
