SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Section No. 30 of Block I., Maketu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 23, Block I., Maketu Survey District; towards the east by a public road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 17 of the said Block I.: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54130, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a quarry reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and five.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 26 perches, more or less, being Section No. 11B, Block VIII., Harataunga Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by a road reserve along the left bank of the Tawhetarangi Stream, and by Section No. 11A, Block VIII., Harataunga Survey District; towards the south-west and towards the north-west by Section No. 11 of the said Block VIII.: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54064, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.

For a recreation reserve.

For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Section No. 13, Block X., Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 7, Block X., Makotuku Survey District; towards the east and towards the south-east by the Mangaetoroa Road; and towards the west by the road reserve, 100 links wide, along the left bank of the Mangaetoroa Stream. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 26 perches, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block X., Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally by the Mangaetoroa Road, forming the western boundary of Section No. 8, Block X., Makotuku Survey District; towards the south-west and towards the north-west by the road reserve, 100 links wide, along the left bank of the Mangaetoroa Stream. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section No. 15, Block X., Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east, towards the east, and towards the south-east by the Mangaetoroa Road, forming the western boundary of Section No. 9, Block X., Makotuku Survey District; and towards the west generally by the road reserve, 100 links wide, along the left bank of the Mangaetoroa Stream. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 2 perches, more or less, being Section No. 16, Block X., Makotuku Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and towards the south-east by the Mangaetoroa Road, forming the western boundary of Section No. 10, Block X., Makotuku Survey District; towards the west and towards the north-west by the road reserve, 100 links wide, along the left bank of the Mangaetoroa Stream. For a scenic reserve.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54106, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
