Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 21; towards the south-east by top of cliff of Rangitikei River; towards the south-west by Section No. 23; and towards the north-west by Hunter-ville-Tokaanu Road.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 36 acres, more or less, being Section No. 50, Block X., Hautapu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by cliff of Rangitikei River; towards the north-east and south-east by Rangitikei River; towards the south-west by Powhakarua Block; and towards the west by top of cliff of Rangitikei River.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 40039B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 30 acres, more or less, being Section No. 52, Block X., Hautapu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Mangawharariki Bridge Road; towards the north-east by Mangawharariki Bridge Road and Rangitikei River; towards the south-east and south-west by Rangitikei River; and towards the north-west by cliff of Rangitikei River: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 40039C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have control of the South Malvern Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of August, 1905.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such person or persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint

ARTHUR HENAGE BURKETT,
GEORGE HARRIS,
JOHN THOMAS LEEMING,
LEOPOLD FREDERICH ABRAHAMS,
WILLIAM WEBSTER LEEMING,
WALTER JOHN ADAMS, and
JEREMIAH CASHION

to be the South Malvern Domain Board, having control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the South Malvern Schoolhouse as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

SOUTH MALVERN DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 22 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 1388 (in red), Block VII., Hororata Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 328x; towards the east by Section No. 12371, 940 links; towards the south by the Selwyn River; and towards the west by the road forming the eastern boundary of Section No. 35327, 2100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 38516, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mangonui Domain.

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of August, 1905.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section nine of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of any public domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and five, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby appoint

THE MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL

to be the Mangonui Domain Board, having control of the domain described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five, at half past three o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Chambers, Mangonui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

MANGONUI DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment No. 265 of the Town of Mangonui, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a public road running along the foreshore of Mangonui Harbour; towards the east by Allotment No. 15 of the Town of Mangonui aforesaid, 258 links; towards the south-east by Allotments Nos. 26 and 25 of the said Town of Mangonui, 430 links; and towards the south-west generally by a public road, 801, 147, and 378 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53803, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
