EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of Crown
grant, Vol. 42, folio 254, for Section 11, Block XIX.,
Town of Tapanui, whereof HECTOR McGREGOR is the
registered proprietor, and of the loss of the outstanding
duplicate of memorandum of mortgage No. 14618, affecting
the same land, and application having been made to me to
issue a provisional certificate of title for the said section, and
to register a dealing affecting the said mortgage, I hereby give
notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificate,
and to register the dealing as requested, dispensing with
the production of the said duplicate mortgage, unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from
the publication hereof.

branch of the Hokitika District of the Manchester
Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Register No. 40 (1),
held at Hokitika, is dissolved by instrument registered at
this office the 9th day of March, 1905, unless within three
months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertise-
ment appears proceedings be commenced by a member or
other person interested in or having any claim on the funds
of the branch to set aside such dissolution, and the same is

way Board, a body corporate incorporated under the
provisions of “The Christchurch Tramways District Act,
1902,” proposes to take, under the provisions of “The Pub-
lic Works Act, 1894,” firstly, all that parcel of land situate
