NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held in the registered office of the said company at No. 3, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 23rd day of January, 1905, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed; and at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office as aforesaid, the same resolution was duly confirmed, namely:—

“That the company be wound up, and that Alexander Hugh Logan be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
