35° 37', 126·8 links ; thence returning southerly and bearing 180° 46', a distance of 154 links, to the commencing-point: secondly, all that parcel of land situate in the Heathcote Road District, containing by admeasurement one acre thirty-two and one-half perches, being part of the rural section numbered 901 on the map or plan of the Chief Surveyor of the Provincial District of Canterbury, commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the said section, the said point being distant 556·1 links from the south-easternmost corner thereof; thence in a north-easterly direction along a line bearing 47° 15', a distance of 1061·8 links, to the eastern boundary of the said section; thence in a northerly direction along the said eastern boundary, a distance of 200·8 links; thence along a line bearing south-westerly 227° 15', a distance of 1519·5 links, to the southern boundary of the said section; and thence in an easterly direction along the said southern boundary, a distance of 149·1 links, to the commencing-point: and that the works proposed to be executed on the said lands are the tramways of the Board. And notice is hereby further given that plans showing the lands so required to be taken, and the names of the owners and occupiers of such lands so far as they can be ascertained, are deposited at the railway-station, Papanui, and with the caretaker of the public cemetery, Linwood, respectively, where they lie open for public inspection daily, without fee, during all reasonable hours; and that all persons affected shall, if they have any objection to the taking of such lands, or any of them, or to the execution of such work, set forth in writing such objection, and send such writing, within forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, being the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and five, addressed to the Chairman of the Christchurch Tramway Board, at the office of the Board, Gloucester Street, Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned as Sharebrokers and Land and Estate Agents, and carried on under the name of “Anderson and Jackson,” at Number 20, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will be henceforth carried on by Mr. EDWARD ANDERSON under the same name and at the same address as heretofore.
