SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 303 acres, more or less, being Section No. 5 of Block XI., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 4, Block XI., Piako Survey District, by the abutment of Torehapa Road, and by Section No. 3 of Block XII., Piako Survey District; towards the south-east by Section No. 1 of Block XV., Piako Survey District; towards the south-west generally by Section No. 502 of the Parish of Whangamarino; and towards the north-west by the Waitakururu No. 5B Block: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a forest reserve.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 229 acres, more or less, being Section No. 5 of Block XII., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 6 and 7 of Block XII., Piako Survey District; towards the south-east by Section No. 8 of the said Block XII.; towards the south-west by Section No. 4 of the said Block XII.; towards the north-west and again towards the south-west by Section No. 5A of Block XII. aforesaid; and again towards the north-west by the Torehapa Road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple. All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 6 perches, more or less, being Section No. 10 of Block XII., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 11 of Block XII., Piako Survey District; towards the south-east by the Kaihere Road; towards the south-west and towards the north-west by Section No. 9 of the said Block XII.: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a creamery.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, being Section No. 11 of Block XII., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the Morrinsville-Miranda Road; towards the south-east by the Kaihere Road; towards the south-west by Section No. 10 of Block XII., Piako Survey District; and towards the north-west by Section No. 9 of the said Block XII.: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple. For a site for a public school.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 12 of Block XII., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the Ngarua No. 5A Block; towards the south-east by a right line being the production in a south-westerly direction of the south-eastern boundary of the last-named block to the Morrinsville-Miranda Road; and towards the west generally by the said road to the Ngarua No. 5A Block aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a public cemetery.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, being Section No. 5A of Block XII., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and towards the south-east by Section No. 5 of Block XII., Piako Survey District; towards the south-west by Section No. 4 of the said Block XII.; and towards the north-west by the Torehapa Road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For the preservation of scenery.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 512 acres, more or less, being Section No. 1 of Block XV., Piako Survey District. Bounded towards the east and towards the north-east by Section No. 10 of Block XVI., Piako Survey District; towards the south-east generally by the Kaihere Road; towards the south-west by Section No. 454 of the Parish of Whangamarino; and towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 501 and 502 of the said parish, and by Section No. 5 of Block XI., Piako Survey District aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53394F, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a forest reserve.

PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 12, Mowhanau Village. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 11, Mowhanau Village; towards the north-east by Section No. 9 of the said village; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 14 and 13 of the said village; and towards the west by Waitangi Parade of the village aforesaid. For a municipal reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 23 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 54 and 55, Mowhanau Village. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 38, 39, and 40, Mowhanau Village; towards the north-east by Section No. 56 of the said village; towards the south-east by Rimu Street of the said village; and towards the south-west by Section No. 53 of the village aforesaid. For a municipal reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 69, Mowhanau Village. Bounded towards the north-east by Tangi Street, Mowhanau Village; towards the south-east by Rimu Street of the said village; towards the south-west and towards the north-west by Moana Parade of the village aforesaid. For a municipal reserve.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 48784X, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirty-sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection on and after the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and five; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupation with right of purchase or on lease in perpetuity, or, in respect of any land containing or supposed to contain any metal, mineral, or valuable stone, be selected
