HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve, under clause 50 of “The Defence Act, 1886,” of the dismissal of
No. 192, Private ROBERT JAMES BRYDON, Marsden Mounted Rifle Volunteers,
he having been convicted at Auckland of an offence against the civil law and sentenced to imprisonment for six months. Dismissal to date from the 26th September, 1905.
