EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 81, folio 229, comprising Lot 61, Plan 616, part of Rural Section 9664, situated in the Waimate Survey District, whereof JOHN BARTON ARUNDEL ACLAND, late of Mount Peel, Stockowner, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made to me by ANNIE BOWMAN, of Beaumont, Widow, claiming under the intestacy of Thomas Bowman, deceased, to be registered as the proprietress of Crown lease of Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, Block XXXVII., Town of Dunkeld, comprised in Register-book, Vol. 85, folio 174, and of Crown lease of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Block XXXVIII., Town of Dunkeld aforesaid, comprised in Register-book, Vol. 85, folio 175, and that the said Annie Bowman will be registered as such proprietress as aforesaid unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within one month from the date hereof.
