NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership carried on by Messrs. GEORGE LYON DENNISTON, JAMES ANNAND, HENRY VINCENT HADDOCK, AUGUSTINE FERRY, and JOHN HOPKINS, under the style of “The Rockyside Brick Company,” has been dissolved as from the 20th day of September, 1904, by mutual consent.

Edinburgh 1898, M.D. Edinburgh 1901, now residing in Christchurch, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 9th January, 1905, to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Christchurch.

I, WALTER HISLOP, Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare—

  1. That the liability of members is limited.

  2. That the capital of the company is £106,250, divided into 25,000 shares of £4 5s.

  3. That the number of shares issued is 25,000.

  4. That calls to the amount of 7s. 6d. per share have been made, under which the sum of £9,375 has been received.

  5. That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates under administration during the half-year ending 31st day of October, 1904, is £18,165 16s. 6d.

  6. That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates under administration during the half-year ending 31st day of October, 1904, is £20,997 4s. 6d.

  7. That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration during the half-year ending 31st day of October, 1904, is £5,153 9s. 6d.

  8. That the liabilities of the company on the 1st day of November last were debts owing to sundry persons by the company, viz.: On judgment, nil; on specialty, nil; on notes or bills, nil; on simple contracts, £11,247 8s. 6d.; on estimated liabilities, nil.

  9. That the assets of the company on that date were: Government securities, £2,500; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil; other securities, £18,398 11s. 10d.; cash at banker's and on deposit, £4,395 15s. 1d.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

In the matter of the estate of GEORGE WILLIAM POGSON, deceased.

WHEREAS George William Pogson, late of Rotherwood Ouse, in Tasmania, Esquire, deceased, departed this life on or about the 30th day of June last past, and Walter Ross Munro Bethune, of Duurobin Ouse aforesaid, one of the executors in his will named, has obtained probate of the said will of the said George William Pogson, deceased: Notice is hereby given that all parties having claims against the estate of the said George William Pogson, deceased, are required to send in to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania the particulars of such claims in writing on or

before the 16th day of February in the year 1905, otherwise they will be excluded from any benefit of the assets in the hands of the said executor.
