NOTICE is hereby given that ALFRED THOMPSON PEAT,
of Opunake, Coachsmith, was this day, on the peti-
tion of John Judson, adjudged bankrupt by the Clerk of the
District Court, in the absence of the District Judge; and I
hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held at the
Courthouse, Opunake, on Friday, the 16th day of Decem-
ber, 1904, at 2 o’clock p.m.
