DRURY ROAD BOARD.
Special Order.
That the interest on the loan under the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act be paid from the General Account.
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly passed at a meeting of the Drury Road Board held on 27th August, 1904.

THE following special order, made by the Waitotara County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901.”

WAITOTARA COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order making Special Rate.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Waitotara County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £700, authorised to be raised by the Waitotara County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for building a bridge over the Mowhanau Stream and forming and graveling 40 chains of road, the said Waitotara County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1½d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Mowhanau Special-rating District, comprising Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Mowhanau Village Settlement, being part of Section 6f, Kai Iwi Block, Westmere Survey District; and that such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of September and the 1st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The above special order was made at a special meeting of the County Council on the 3rd day of October, 1904, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1904.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitotara was affixed hereto in the presence of—

OKATO ROAD BOARD.
SPECIAL ORDER passed by the Okato Road Board on 7th November, 1904:—
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Road Boards Act, 1882,” and “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Okato Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £500, bearing interest at the rate of 4 per cent. per annum, for a period of forty-one years, authorised to be raised by the Okato Road Board under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for grading, metalling, &c., Kaihihi Road, the said Okato Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of ⅜d. in the pound on all the rateable property in the Kaihihi Road Special-rating District, comprising Sections 1, 6, 13, 109, 110, 111, part 112, 127, Block I., and Sections 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, Block V., Cape Survey District, and situated between the Hangatahua and Kaihihi Rivers; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the 1st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off; and it is intended to pay the expenses in connection with raising the loan out of the loan-money.

PAPAKURA ROAD BOARD.
Special Order.
THE Papakura Road Board hereby notify that it is their intention to pass the following special order, making special rate, at their meeting to be held on the 5th November, 1904, at 2 o’clock p.m.:—
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Papakura Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £400, bearing interest at 4 per cent. per annum, authorised to be raised by the Papakura Road Board under the above-mentioned Act for metalling Brookby end of district, the said Papakura Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of ⅜d. in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property of the No. 1 Special-rating Division, comprising Sections 27, 41, 47, 48, 49, 50, 66, and 79, Parish of Wairoa; 27, 28, 39, 40, 41, 48, 50, 51, 52, 56, 67, and 68, Parish of Maraetai; 26, 27, 55/5, 65, 80, 134, 135, 136, 164, 189, and 190, Parish of Pakuranga; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of August and the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
