APPLICATION having been made to me to register notice of the death of MARJORY MOWAT, late of Altimarlock, widow, deceased, upon certificates of title, Vol. 5, folios 143 and 145, for estates for the life of the said Marjory Mowat in part of Section 6, and Allotments 20 to 23 and 30 to 33 of Section 26, District of Omaka, and a declaration having been lodged of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of the said certificates, I hereby give notice that I intend to register such notice of death and to cancel the said certificates of title, and dispense with the production of the said outstanding duplicates thereof, unless caveat be lodged in this office forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette.

PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.
NOTICE UNDER “THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1894,” AND “THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT, 1900.”
TAKE notice that the three parcels of land hereinafter mentioned are required to be taken by the Council of the Borough of Blenheim, by reason that the same have, in the opinion of the said Council, become in an insanitary condition, and for the improvement of the same, and converting them into a sanitary condition by the placing along the hollows of the said lands permanent culverts and filling in the said hollows; and take notice that plans of the said lands have been deposited in the office of the Town Clerk of the said borough, in the Government Buildings at Blenheim aforesaid, and that the same are open to inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours; and
Take further notice that all persons affected by the proposed taking of the said lands are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said works to be undertaken by the Council for the purpose of improving the said lands, and causing the same to be converted into a sanitary condition by the placing along the hollows of the said lands permanent culverts, and filling in the said hollows, or the taking of the said lands; and to send such writing within forty (40) days from the 20th day of August, 1904 (being the first publication of this notice), to the said Council of the Borough of Blenheim, or David Patrick Sinclair, the said Town Clerk of the said borough.
The lands required to be taken as aforesaid are,—
Firstly: All that parcel of land, containing 1 rood and 22 perches, more or less, situated in the said Town of Blenheim, and being part of Section Number 1, Omaka, lying between Allotments 39, 40, 41, and Alfred Street on the plan of the said town on the northern side, and Allotments 36, 35, 34, and 33 on the plan of the said town on the southern side: as the said parcel of land is more particularly delineated on plan marked R 121, deposited as aforesaid, and thereon coloured purple.
Secondly: All that parcel of land, containing 2 roods and 1 perch, more or less, situated in the said town, and being part of said Section Number 1, Omaka, lying along the western bank of the Omaka River, and situated between Alfred Street on the northern side and Symons Quay or High Street on the southern side on the plan of the said town: as the said parcel of land is more particularly delineated on said plan marked R 121, deposited as aforesaid, and thereon coloured pink.
Thirdly: All that parcel of land, containing 1 acre, more or less, situated in the said Town of Blenheim, being part of Section Number 1, Omaka, lying between Allotments 16, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and Wynen Street or Bradford Quay on the plan of the said town on the northern side, and Sections 4 and 7 on the said plan of the said town on the northern and eastern side, and Halifax Street and Allotments 8 to 15 (inclusive) on the said plan on the southern side: as the said parcel of land is more particularly delineated on plan marked R 122, deposited as aforesaid, and thereon coloured pink.

BOROUGH OF GREY LYNN.
SPECIAL ORDER.
PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” public notice is hereby given of the following resolution, passed at a special meeting of the Grey Lynn Borough Council held on Monday, the 18th day of July, 1904, and confirmed at a special meeting of the Council held on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1904:—
“That this meeting, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, resolves to accept the dedication of a public street of the Borough of Grey Lynn—the street named Tutanekai Road, off Richmond Avenue, being the eastern street in the Grey Lynn Park Estate and part of Allotment 45, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland—the same having been formed to a width of 66 ft., metalled, and drained according to the direction of the Council and to the satisfaction of the Borough Engineer.”

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned Frank Skipsey Waterhouse and William Alfred Fitzherbert, carrying on business as Sheep-farmers at Mangawhare, in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, under the style or firm of “Waterhouse and Fitzherbert,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of June, 1904. All moneys owing to the late firm will be received by the said Frank Skipsey Waterhouse, by whom all the liabilities of the said firm will be discharged.
