In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the NEW SHERIDAN GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company’s office, No. 205, Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 22nd day of July, 1904, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent general meeting of the shareholders of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 9th day of August, 1904, the following resolution was duly confirmed: “That the New Sheridan Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.” And at the last-named general meeting THOMAS BENJAMIN CLAY, of His Majesty’s Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, Land Agent, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

Dated at Auckland, this 11th day of August, 1904.

In the matter of the CAIRNTRODIE GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the said company, Mersey Street, Gore, Otago, New Zealand, on the 22nd day of July, 1904, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 12th day of August, 1904, the said special resolution was duly confirmed, viz., “That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and at such last-mentioned meeting JOHN LATHAM, of Gore aforesaid, Accountant, and JAMES ALEXANDER YULE, of Gore aforesaid, Commission Agent, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
