NOTICE is hereby given that the office or place of business in New Zealand of the Puponga Coal and Gold-Mining Company, New Zealand (Limited), where legal process of any kind may be served, and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered, has this day been moved to the Norwich Union Chambers, in Hardy Street, in the City of Nelson, in the said colony.

In the matter of the Voltaic Dredging Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the above-named company, held at Dunedin on Thursday, the 28th day of July, 1904, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the same meeting it was resolved that Arthur John Shaw, Watchmaker, and William George Somerville, Stationer, both of Dunedin, be appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

THE NEW PRINCE ARTHUR GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the New Prince Arthur Gold-dredging Company (Limited), duly convened, and held at the Stock Exchange Rooms, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, 22nd day of June, 1904, and at an adjournment of the same meeting held at the same place on Wednesday, the 27th day of July, 1904, the following resolution set out below was submitted to the company, and passed as an extraordinary resolution:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up accordingly.”

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above company will be held at the office of James Brown, 6, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 2nd day of September, 1904, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying the Liquidator’s account before the shareholders, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Feddersen Gold-dredging Company (Limited) will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 14, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 23rd September, 1904, at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator, shall be disposed of.
