THE BOATMAN’S CREEK GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Boatman’s Creek Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held at the company’s office, 12, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the 28th day of July, 1904, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed:—
(1.) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, that it is advisable to wind up the company, and that it be wound up accordingly.
(2.) That Mr. J. M. Butt be appointed Liquidator of the company, and that his remuneration be £25.

THE TUAPEKA DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of Shareholders of the above company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Lancaster Street, Lawrence, on Monday, 12th September, 1904, at 8 o’clock p.m., when the following resolutions will be submitted:—

  1. That the report of the Liquidator, together with the accounts submitted to this meeting, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, be received and adopted.
  2. That the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidation thereof be retained by the Liquidator for a period of three months, and after that period that they be destroyed.

THE WESTLAND DREDGING AND SLUICING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given, in conformity with section 7, subsection (3), of “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” that the office of the said Westland Dredging and Sluicing Company has been changed, and that the business of the said company will in future be carried on at the offices of Messrs. Pollock and Bevan, Auctioneers, &c., situate at Wharf Street, Hokitika.
