HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve, in pursuance of section 23, subsection (1), of “The Reserves and other Lands Sale, Disposal, and Enabling and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1901,” of the sale by the Trustees of the Wanganui Rifle Range Reserve by public auction to John Mason Wells, Esq., accountant, of Wanganui, at the price of £49 10s. per acre; the aforesaid rifle-range reserve comprising all that piece or parcel of land containing 32 acres 2 roods and 32 perches, situate in the Provincial District of Wellington, being part of Section 11, Block V., Right Bank Wanganui River.
