of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, situated in the Weber County, and known as the Oporae Road, commencing at the western boundary of Section 2, Block XV., Weber Survey District, and running in a south-westerly direction along the north-west frontage of Section 8, Block XV., Weber Survey District, and ending at the boundary-line of the Wellington and Hawke’s Bay Land Districts, a length of two miles or thereabouts; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161DD, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, coloured red thereon and marked A.A.

Declaring Roads in Wallace County to be County Roads.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of February, 1904.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Southland Land District, being the main road from Orepuki to Drummond’s Ferry, intersecting Blocks I., XV., and XVII., Longwood Survey District, a distance of thirteen miles or thereabouts; as the said road is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161AB, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked O.O.
Also all that road in the Southland Land District, being the main road Drummond’s Ferry to Clifden Bridge, intersecting Blocks II. and III., Alton District, and Block I., Lillburn District, a distance of eight miles or thereabouts; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161CD, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, thereon coloured red and marked S.S.

Declaring Portions of Auroa Road shall be under the Control of the Johnsonville Town Board.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of February, 1904.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and two of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” as amended by section eight of “The Public Works Act, 1903,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road known as Auroa Road, in the Township of Johnsonville, described in the Schedule hereto (being a road constructed by the Governor within the limits of the Township of Johnsonville), shall be under the control and management of the Johnsonville Town Board.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road commencing at its junction with the Horokiwi Road, in the Wellington Land District, at the south-eastern corner of part of Section 14, Block XII., Belmont Survey District, and from thence proceeding generally in a north-westerly direction to the Rewarewa Road at the northern boundary of part of Section 14, Block XII., Belmont Survey
District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 2280, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked B.B.
Also all that road in the Wellington Land District commencing at the northern boundary of part of Section 14, Block XII., Belmont Survey District, and proceeding generally south-west to the southern boundary of the aforesaid section, thence proceeding generally west for a distance of about nine chains, thence in a southerly direction to the southern boundary of part of Section 12, Block XII., Belmont Survey District (all the said roads being in the Hutt County); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 2280, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured red and marked A.A.

Declaring Portion of the Matawherohia–Kaeo Road to be a County Road, Whangaroa County.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, in the Whangaroa County, commencing at its junction with the Great North Road, near Section 5, Block II., Kaeo Survey District, and running southwards by Section 6, 56 (O.L.C. 81), and 51 (O.L.C. 38), and terminating at the north-east boundary of Section 23, Matawherohia Parish, Block VI., Kaeo Survey District; as the same is delineated on plan marked R. 5161H, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, coloured red and marked A.B. thereon.
