PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, GEORGE ROBERTSON and GEORGE RENDALL, as Painters, Paperhangers, and House-decorators, at No. 299, Great King Street, Dunedin, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 18th day of December, 1903. The said business shall be carried on by the said George Robertson, who shall pay all the debts of the late firm and receive all moneys due thereto.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned JAMES TAYLOR MACKERRAS and JAMES HAZLETT, carrying on business as Merchants, at Dunedin and Invercargill, under the style or firm of “Mackerras and Hazlett,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Hazlett, who will continue the said business at Dunedin and Invercargill aforesaid, in the name of “Mackerras and Hazlett.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, SAMUEL ADAMS and CHARLES ADAMS, as Drapers and Clothiers at Waihi, Ohinemuri, under the style or firm of “S. and C. Adams,” was dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 1st day of November last. The business will in future be carried on by the said Samuel Adams on his own account, who will receive all moneys owing to, and discharge all debts owing by, the late firm.

THE N.Z. TRADERS’ PROTECTION COMPANY, LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that a special resolution, of which the following is a copy, was duly passed by the above-named company on the 23rd day of November, 1903:—
Resolution: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot continue its business, that it is advisable to wind up the company voluntarily, and that it be wound up accordingly.”
