Trustees for the Purekireki Public Cemetery appointed.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JOHN CALEY and
GEORGE SMAILL
to be Trustees, in the place of George Ford and John Mitchell, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Purekireki Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and three.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
CHARLES GARDNER and
GEORGE PARKINSON
to be Trustees, in the place of George Parkinson, deceased, and William John Wright, who has left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hampden Bush (Hawke’s Bay) Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and three.

Trustees for the Ngaiire Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Revoking the Appointments of Trustees for the Ngaiire Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the appointments of David Syme, Thomas Charles Stanners, James Boddie, William Wallis Stanners, and William Nayler Jenkins as Trustees of the Ngaiire Public Cemetery.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and three.
