IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

THE following special order, made by the Wirokino Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901.”

SPECIAL ORDER.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Wirokino Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £60 (being £10 per centum of £600 already raised) authorised to be raised by the Wirokino Road Board under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for re-forming and metalling Kaihinau Road, the said Wirokino Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/2d. in the pound upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Kaihinau Special-rating District, comprising Sections parts 2 and 3 (being those parts which lie to the east of Main County Road), part 18 (being 100 acres of that portion which lies along its north-eastern boundary), 27 to 32, 34 to 38, Block XII., Mt. Robinson Survey District; 5, 9 to 11, Block IX., Arawaru Survey District; all inclusive: and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
