Rural Lands in Auckland Land District open for Sale or Selection.

District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 7th September, 1903.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands will be open for sale or selection, in terms of section 136 of “The Land Act, 1892,” either for cash, for occupation with right of purchase, or for lease in perpetuity, at the option of the selector, on and after Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 1903.

If more than one application is received for the same section on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.

Pastoral License in Auckland Land District liable to Forfeiture.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 28th August, 1903.

PURSUANT to section 215 of “The Land Act, 1892,” notice is hereby given that the undermentioned pastoral license is liable to forfeiture, and that if the rent overdue thereon, together with the penalty of 10 per cent. for non-payment at due date, be not paid within three months from the date hereof, the license will be declared forfeited.

Crown Grants ready for Delivery.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 5th September, 1903.

CROWN grants under “The Crown Grants Act, 1883,” in favour of the persons named hereunder have been duly executed, and are now ready for delivery at the office of the Registrar of Deeds, Auckland.

A fee of 3d. will be charged on the said Crown grants for every month they shall remain in the office of the Registrar of Deeds after the expiration of three months from this date.
