THE WELCOME JACK GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Welcome Jack Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened, and held for the purpose at the office of the company, Stock Exchange, Auckland, on the 21st day of May, 1903, the following special resolution was passed:—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Hughlings Jackson be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
The said special resolution was duly confirmed at a properly constituted meeting of the shareholders held at the same place on the 18th day of June, 1903.

THE KAPAI GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company, held at the registered office of the company, 5, Panama Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 7th day of July, 1903, and confirmed on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July, 1903, the following resolution was passed:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Kapai Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up; and that Mr. John Booth, of Wellington, be appointed Liquidator of the company, at the remuneration of £50.”
