PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1898,” the undersigned, Ah Kew, of Lowburn, Market Gardener, hereby applies for a license for a branch water-race, as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Locality of the race, and of its starting and terminating points: Commencing at a point in Westmoreland Water-race, License No. 1097, 4/9/02, 3 chains above Scole’s paddock, going through George Scole’s freehold paddock and crossing the main road, and terminating at my freehold paddock.
Length and intended course of race: Half a mile; north to south.
