IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by “The Electoral Act, 1902,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the place mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be a polling-place for the electoral district the name of which is therein specified.
