All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks XIV. and XV., Hastings Survey District, containing 1,216 acres, more or less: commencing on the south-west side of road at south-west corner of Section 23, Block XV., Hastings Survey District; towards the north-east by the said road to the north-western boundary of Section 24, Block XV., Hastings Survey District; towards the south-east by Section 24 aforesaid to a point due east of Trig. Station No. 1092; towards the south by a right line due west, 136 chains; towards the west by a right line due north, 88 chains; towards the north by a right line due east, 124 chains, to point of commencement.

  2. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block II., Thames Survey District, containing 840 acres, more or less: commencing at the intersection of the southern boundary of Te Poho No. 3B Block with the western boundary of Block II., Thames Survey District: bounded towards the north by Te Poho No. 3B Block aforesaid, and a right line due east, 120 chains; towards the east by a right line due south, and parts of Ngaromaki and Mangakirikiri No. 1 Blocks aforesaid, 70 chains; towards the south by parts of Mangakirikiri No. 1 and Ngaromaki Blocks aforesaid and a right line due west to western boundary of Block II., Thames Survey District, 120 chains; towards the west by western boundary of Block II., Thames Survey District, 70 chains, to point of commencement.

  3. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIII., Tairua Survey District, containing 500 acres, more or less: commencing at north-east corner of Ngawhakapoupoa Block: bounded towards the north by the Apakura Stream to a point 130 chains due east from western boundary of Block XIII. aforesaid; towards the east by a right line due south, 66 chains; towards the south by a right line due west, 90 chains; towards the west by part of Ngawhakapoupoa Block due north to southern boundary of Pakirarahi No. 2 Block; again towards the north by Pakirarahi No. 2 Block aforesaid to the point of commencement.

  4. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block VI., Ohinemuri Survey District, containing 1,184 acres, more or less: commencing at the junction of the Maratoto and Waipaheke Streams: bounded towards the north by the Waipaheke Stream aforesaid to a timber lease of 638 acres; towards the east by the said timber lease; and towards the south-west generally by the Maratoto Stream to the point of commencement.

  5. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated partly in Block XIV., Whitianga, and part in Block IV., Tairua Survey District, containing 260 acres, more or less: commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Block XIV. aforesaid 148 chains from its south-west corner: bounded towards the west by a right line due north, 28 chains; towards the north by a right line due east, 45 chains; towards the east by a right line due south, 58 chains; towards the south by a right line due west, 45 chains; and again towards the west by a right line due north, 30 chains, to the point of commencement.

  6. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block IV., Tairua Survey District, containing 202 acres 2 roods, more or less: commencing at a point 42 chains north of the southern boundary of Block IV. aforesaid: bounded towards the west by a right line due north, 45 chains; towards the north by a right line due east, 45 chains; towards the east by a right line due south, 45 chains; and towards the south by a right line due west, 45 chains, to the point of commencement.

LAND BOARD TIMBER AREAS.

  1. ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block XII., Hastings Survey District, containing 1,587 acres, more or less: commencing at a point on the western boundary of Block XII. aforesaid 40 chains due north from its south-western corner: bounded towards the west by the western boundary of Block XII. aforesaid, 126 chains; towards the north by a right line due east, 126 chains; towards the east by a right line due south, 126 chains; and towards the south by a right line due west, 126 chains, to the point of commencement.

  2. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated partly in Hastings Survey District, Block XV., and partly in the Thames Survey District, Block II., containing 1,950 acres, more or less: bounded on the south by a right line commencing at a point 50 chains due east of Trig. Station No. 1095, 150 chains; on the east by a right line due north, 130 chains; on the north by a right line due west, 150 chains; on the west by a right line due south, 130 chains, to the point of commencement.

  3. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block III., Tairua Survey District, containing 455 acres, more or less: bounded on the east by the block line dividing Blocks III. and IV.: commencing at a point 80 chains from the south-east corner of Block III., 70 chains; on the north by a right line due west, 65 chains; on the west by a right line due south, 70 chains; on the south by a right line due east, 65 chains, to the point of commencement.

  4. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks VI., X., and XI., Aroha Survey District, and Blocks III. and VII., Katikati Survey District, containing 5,696 acres, more or less: commencing at the south-east corner of Rotorua Special Claim: bounded towards the north-east by timber lease of 1,412 acres to its southern corner; towards the west by the eastern boundary of said lease, 15 chains; towards the north by a right line due east, 30 chains; towards the east by a right line due south, 72 chains; again towards the north by a right line due east to the boundary between Blocks III. and IV., Katikati Survey District, 172 chains; towards the east by a line due south, being the boundary between Blocks III., IV., VII., and VIII., Katikati Survey District, 216 chains; towards the south by a right line due west to the boundary between Tauranga and Piako Counties, 116 chains; towards the south-west along the said county boundaries, 190 chains; towards the west by a right line due north, 80 chains; towards the south by a right line due west, 54 chains; again towards the west by a right line due north, 148 chains, to the point of commencement.

  5. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated partly in Blocks XIII. and part in Block XIV., Tairua Survey District, containing 1,664 acres, more or less: commencing at the junction of the Oneura Stream with the Tairua River: bounded thence on the east by the Tairua River to the northern boundary of a timber lease of 2,662 acres; towards the south by the said timber lease to its north-western corner; on the west by a right line, 232 chains, to the Oneura Stream aforesaid; on the north by the Oneura Stream to the point of commencement.

  6. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated partly in Block XIV., Waihou Survey District, and part in Block I., Ohinemuri Survey District, containing 624 acres, more or less: commencing at south-east corner of Section 3, Block IV., Waihou Survey District: bounded on the west by the said Section 3 and a right line due north to the northern boundary of Waihou and Ohinemuri Survey Districts, 104 chains; towards the east by a right line due south, 60 chains; towards the south by a right line and Omahu West No. 2B Block due west, 104 chains, to the point of commencement.
