A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the roads in Whangamoa Survey District hereinafter described.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the two-hundred-and-forty-third section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby revoke two Proclamations bringing the lands referred to therein under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892,” and dated the thirteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, and the nineteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, and the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, respectively, in so far as they relate to the lands set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Vaccination Districts constituted.
RANFURLY, Governor.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power vested in the Governor by “The Public Health Act, 1900,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination district known as the Waimangaroa District, and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said district is hereby divided anew into two vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Granity and Waimangaroa Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names, as are set forth in a Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and two, made under the provisions of “The Marriage Act, 1880.”
And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the fifteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.
