A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as
closed the road in Paritutu Survey District, Waitara West
Road District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is delineated
upon the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned,
and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads,
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
lington, this twenty-ninth day of October, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and two.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the
land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and with the con-
sent of the Waitara West Road Board, being the local autho-
rity in whose district the said land is situated, do by this
notice hereby proclaim as a road the land hereinafter
mentioned.
