THE GREY RIVER EXTENDED GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held at the registered office of the company, 139A, Hereford Street, Christchurch, on the 24th day of September, 1902, the following resolution was carried:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. H. A. Bruce, of 140, Hereford Street, Christchurch, be appointed Liquidator.”

And at a subsequent meeting, held on the 13th day of October, 1902, the said resolution was duly confirmed.

In the matter of the British Lion Gold-dredging Company (Limited), in liquidation.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, No. 3, Bond Street, Dunedin, on the 24th day of September, 1902, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 15th day of October, 1902, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting Sidney Thorpe Mirams, of Dunedin, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.
