THE ENTERPRISE GULLY DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of shareholders in this company will be held at the Liquidator’s office, Jetty Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 23rd December, 1902, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s accounts, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of determining the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof should be dealt with.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the shareholders of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, on Thursday, the 18th December, 1902, at 2 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
