Land temporarily reserved in the Land District of Auckland.
RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Land District of Auckland described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 1A of Block IX., Aroha Survey District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 2317 links; towards the south by Section No. 2 of Block IX., Aroha Survey District, 888 links; towards the west by Section No. 5 of Block XII., Waitoa Survey District, 2152 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 15 of the said Block XII., 234 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 49240, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple. For a site for a public school.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and two.

Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 6A of the said Block VI., 500 links; towards the north-east by the said Section No. 6A, 400 links; towards the south-east by the said Section No. 6A, 500 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 400 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 19241, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a quarry reserve.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 45 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 10 of Block VII., Mawhera-nui Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the road fronting the River Grey; towards the north-east by the road fronting Section No. 9 of the said Block VII.; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 53 and 55 of the said Block VII.; and towards the south-west by Section No. 57 of Block VI., Mawhera-nui Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 48972, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a ferry reserve.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 23 of the said Block I., 200 links; towards the east by the sea, 100 links; towards the south by Crown lands, 200 links; and towards the west by a closed road, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 41551, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For site for abattoirs.
