THE CASH TRADING FINANCE AND AGENCY COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, situated at Devon Street, New Plymouth, on Friday, the 26th day of September, 1902, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed unanimously:—

  1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that it is advisable to wind up the company voluntarily.

  2. That Mr. John Spencer Selwyn Medley, Land Agent, of New Plymouth, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
