Notifying Land in the Marlborough Land District subject to “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900.”

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” I hereby notify that the undermentioned land, having been acquired in exchange for 11,733 acres, or thereabouts, of Crown land in the Mount Olympus and Pine Valley Survey Districts, being the land known as North Bank Exchange, is Crown land acquired under the said Act, and is subject to the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH BANK EXCHANGE.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,992 acres 3 roods 32 perches, more or less, comprised in the following pieces:—
(a.) 1,469 acres, more or less, being Sections 75 to 78, 58 to 63, and parts of Sections 1, 56, 57, 12 of B1, and 103 to 106, situated in Blocks II., III., IV., V., and VI., Mount Olympus Survey District.
(b.) 1,377 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Sections 16 B1, 17 B1, 40 B1, 31, 32, 65, 71, 146, 149 to 154, and Section 161, Block XVIII., Pine Valley Survey District.
(c.) 1,146 acres 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, being Sections 18 B1 to 20 B1, part of 21 B1, and Section 23 B1, also Sections 72, 73, 89 to 92, 96, and 97, Block XIII., Onamalutu Survey District.

As the said area is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 23158, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red.

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” I hereby notify that the undermentioned land, having been acquired in exchange for 346 acres 1 rood 24 perches, or thereabouts, of Crown lands in the Greenburn and Mount Fyffe Survey Districts, being the land known as Swyncombe, is Crown land acquired under the said Act, and is subject to the said Act.
