Notifying Land in the Otago Land District subject to “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900.”

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” I hereby notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land known as the Jane-field Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Act, is subject to the said Act.

KARAPIO SETTLEMENT.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2,276 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, situate in the Parish of Hautapu, Cambridge Survey District, and being Sections Nos. 235, 241 to 249 inclusive, Nos. 247A, 251 to 258 inclusive, Nos. 266 to 270 inclusive, and part of Section No. 271, Section No. 335, and parts of Sections Nos. 232, 233, 234, 240, and 336, being part of the land described in Vol. lxxxii., folio 279, of the Register-book at Auckland; excepting so much thereof, containing 8 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, as has been taken for roads.
