Notifying Land in the Otago Land District subject to “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900.”

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” I hereby notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land known as the Jane-field Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Act, is subject to the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
JANEFIELD SETTLEMENT.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 147 acres and 2 perches, more or less, and being original Section No. 11 of Block I., and original Sections Nos. 5 and 6 of Block V., of Taieri Survey District, excepting the portions of the said Sections Nos. 5 and 11 which have been taken for the purposes of the Otago Central Railway; as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 19210, deposited in the Head Office, Lands and Survey Department, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged with green.

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” I hereby notify that the undermentioned Crown land, being the land known as the Windsor Park Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Act, is subject to the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WINDSOR PARK SETTLEMENT.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,817 acres 1 rood 21 perches, more or less, situated in the Awamoko Survey District, and being:—
Firstly: Section 45, and parts of 37, 41, 42, 43, 44, 46, and 49, and closed road-lines, Block VI.; Section 8, parts of 3, 5, 7, 9, 14, 15, 16, and 17, and closed road-lines, Block VII., on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north by other parts of Sections 41, 42, 43, 44, and 49, now used as a road-line, also by a road-line; towards the east generally by other part of Section 46, now used as a road-line, by other part of the said Section 46, Block VI., also by Sections 18, 20, and 19, Block VII.; towards the south and south-west generally by other parts of Sections 3, 5, 16, 14, and 9, Block VII., by other part of 44, Block VI., now used as a road-line, by other part of Sections 44, 43, and 42, also by other part of Section 41, Block VI., now used as a road-line; and towards the west by the western boundary-line of the said Block VI.: excepting Allotment 21, Deposit Plan 1415; Allotment 15, Deposit Plan 1522; and Allotments 1 to 14, Deposit Plan 123. Secondly: Parts of Sections 1, 4, 5, 12, and 21, and closed road-lines, Block VII., on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north-west generally by other parts of Sections 12, 1, and 5; towards the north-east generally by other parts of Sections 5, 21, and 4, now used as a road-line; towards the east by the eastern boundary-line of the said Block VII.; towards the south generally by other parts of Sections 4 and 21, by other part of Section 12 now used as a road-line, also by other part of said Section 12; and towards the west by Section 13. Thirdly: Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 60, 61, and parts of 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 38, and closed road-lines, Block IX., on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north generally by Sections 9, 10, 22, 21, and 11; towards the east generally by a road-line; and towards the south and west generally by a road-line, by Sections 39 and 51, also by other parts of 33, 34, 32, 31, by other part of 31 now used as a railway, by other parts of 31, 24, and 23, by other parts of 23 and 24 now used as a road-line, by other part of 24, by other part of said Section 24 now used as a road-line, by other parts of 25 and 26, by other part of 26 now used as a railway, by other parts of 26 and 25, also by other part of said Section 25 now used as a road-line. Fourthly: Sections 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, and parts of 22, 59, and 60, and closed road-lines, Block VIII., on the map of the said district: bounded towards the north by Section 23; towards the east by Section 21; again towards the north by the said Section 21; again towards the east by Section 43; towards the south by a road-line, also by other parts of 59 and 60, now used as a road-line; and towards the west by a road-line. As the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 19263, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, in the City of Wellington, and thereon edged with red.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 5,854 acres, more or less, being Sections 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 151, 152, 12 (of Block 6), and parts of Sections 137, 138, 147, 148, 149, 153, 154, 155, 1 (of Block 6), and 8 (of Block 6), Wakefield Downs District (Taylor Pass Survey District); Sections 7 (of Block 6), 14 (of Block 6), 16 (of Block 6), and parts of Sections 4 (of Block 6), 6 (of Block 6), and 17 (of Block 6), Wakefield Downs District (Blue Mountain Survey District); Sections 9 (of Block 6), 10 (of Block 6), 11 (of Block 6), 15 (of Block 6), Awatere District (Taylor Pass Survey District); Section 13 (of Block 6), and part of Section 54, Awatere District (Blue Mountain Survey District): as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 19205, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

KARAPIO SETTLEMENT.
ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2,276 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, situate in the Parish of Hautapu, Cambridge Survey District, and being Sections Nos. 235, 241 to 249 inclusive, Nos. 247A, 251 to 258 inclusive, Nos. 266 to 270 inclusive, and part of Section No. 271, Section No. 335, and parts of Sections Nos. 232, 233, 234, 240, and 336, being part of the land described in Vol. lxxxii., folio 279, of the Register-book at Auckland; excepting so much thereof, containing 8 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, as has been taken for roads. And also all that parcel of land, situate in the Parish of Hautapu aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 161 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections Nos. 219, 219A, 220, and parts of Sections Nos. 218 and 229, comprising part of the land described in Vol. lxxxii., folio 132, of the Register-book aforesaid.
