Cambridge Survey District, being portion of the Hinuera
No. 2 Block, and containing by admeasurement 8,959 acres,
more or less. Bounded towards the north-west generally by
lines being the south-eastern boundary of a portion of the
Hinuera No. 2 Block aforesaid, by a road, and by the
Maunganui and Maungakawa Blocks; towards the north-east generally by a line being the south-west boundary of a
portion of Hinuera No. 2 Block aforesaid, by a road, by
subdivisions of block last mentioned numbered 38, 39, 40,
and 41A, across a road, by a line being the south-western

less, comprised in the following pieces: Subdivisions numbered 1, 2, and 6 of Maungaraki Native Reserve; also that
portion of Subdivision 3 of the same reserve in Block VIII.,
Belmont Survey District, which is bounded as follows—
towards the north generally by other portion of said Subdivision 3, 3756 links; towards the east generally by the
Maungaraki Road, 1143 links; towards the south generally
by Subdivision 2 of the said Native reserve, 4789 links, to
the middle of the Korokoro Stream; and towards the north-west by the middle of the said stream: also the portion of
Section 79, Block XIII., Belmont Survey District, bounded
as follows—towards the north-east by Subdivisions 1 and 10
of said Native reserve, 5836 links; towards the east generally
by other part of said Section 79, 950 links, and by Section 16,
1613 links; towards the south-west by Sections 1, 2, and 3,
5343 links; and towards the north-west by Section 78,
1500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the
said area is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 19226,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon edged with red.

Also all that area shown on the aforesaid plan S.G. 19226,
containing 48 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of Native
Land Court Subdivision, Maungaraki No. 8, Belmont Survey
District; as the said area is described in certificate of title
