Nos. 28531 and 24741, Pareora Survey District, to Section No. 30248 at the Tengawai River; thence by a right line across the said Tengawai River to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 5394, Pareora Survey District; thence by the Tengawai River aforesaid to the Main Mackenzie Road at the south-western corner of Section No. 27, Albury Settlement, Block XV., Tengawai Survey District; thence by the said Main Mackenzie Road to the north-western boundary-line of Section No. 28941; thence by the north-western boundary-line of the said Section No. 28941 and of Section No. 27460, Tengawai Survey District, to the Opihi River: thence again towards the south-west by the left bank of that river to Section No 30438, Block III., Tengawai Survey District: thence again towards the north-west by the said Section No. 30438 and Sections Nos. 30437, 30454, 19949, 20209, and 25368 to the South Opuha River: thence again towards the south-west by the South Opuha River to its source in Two-thumb Range: thence again towards the north-west by the summit of Two-thumb Range to the source of Forest Creek: again towards the north generally by the said Forest Creek to the Ashburton Electoral District aforesaid.

TIMARU.

This district is bounded towards the north-west and towards the north generally by the Geraldine Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the road at the north-western corner of Section No. 19891 of Block IX., Pareora Survey District, to the mouth of the Opihi River; thence towards the south-east by the sea to the mouth of the Pareora River; and thence towards the south-west by the Pareora River to where that river is intersected by the road being the continuation of the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 33288 of Block XI., Pareora Survey District; thence northerly by that road and its continuation to the north-western corner of Section No. 19891 aforesaid, at the Geraldine Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement.

WAITAKI.

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the Ashburton Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the Southern Alps to Forest Creek; thence by the Geraldine Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the north-western corner of Section No. 19891 of Block IX., Pareora Survey District; thence by the Timaru Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the sea, at the mouth of the Pareora River: thence towards the east by the ocean to the Waitaki River: thence towards the south by the Waitaki River to its confluence with the Ohau River; thence by the Ohau River to its confluence with the Hopkins River, and by the Hopkins River to its source; thence by a right line to Mount Hopkins, in the Southern Alps: and thence towards the north-west by the Westland Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Ashburton Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement.

OAMARU.

This district is bounded towards the north by the Waitaki Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from a point in line with the western boundary-line of Section No. 92 of Block I., Awamoko Survey District, to the sea at the mouth of the Waitaki River: thence towards the south-east by the sea to the mouth of the Kakanui River: thence towards the south generally by the right bank of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary-line of the Township of Maheno; thence by a right line to and by the eastern boundary-line of the Township of Maheno, and by the southern boundary-line of the said township to the south-western corner thereof; thence by a right line to the eastern-most corner of Section No. 82 of Block VI., Otepopo Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 82 to the Main Trunk Railway: thence again towards the south-east by the Main Trunk Railway-line to the Township of Herbert; thence by part of the northern, the whole of the western, and part of the southern boundary-lines of the Township of Herbert, and again by the railway-line to the Waianakarua River: thence towards the south generally by that river and by the north branch thereof to the south-eastern boundary-line of Run No. 217c; thence by the south-eastern boundary-line of Run No. 217c aforesaid: thence towards the south-west by the south-western boundary-lines of Runs Nos. 217c and 217A: thence towards the west by the western boundary of Run No. 217 to Kakanui Peak: thence towards the north-west and north by a right line to the nearest source of the north branch of the Kakanui River; thence by the north branch of the Kakanui River to its confluence with the south branch of the Kakanui River; thence by the Kakanui River to Block X., Awamoko Survey District: thence towards the west by the western boundary-line of the said Block X., and by the western boundary-line of Block VII., Awamoko Survey District, to the north-western corner of the said Block VII.: thence by the western boundary-line of Section No. 41 of Block VI., Awamoko Survey District, to the road forming the northern boundary of the said Section No. 41: thence again towards the north by the road forming the northern boundary of Sections Nos. 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, and 47 of the said Block VI. to the road at the western boundary of Section No. 4 of Block V., Awamoko Survey District; thence by that road and by the road intersecting the said Section No. 4: thence towards the north-east generally by the last-mentioned road continued through Section No. 6 to Section No. 15 of the said Block V.; thence by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 15, and by that road continued through Sections Nos. 1 and 13 of the said Block V., and along the eastern boundary of Section No. 26 of the said Block V., and along the northern boundary of Section No. 29 of the said Block V. to Section No. 21; thence by the road intersecting the said Section No. 21 and intersecting Section No. 22 of Block V. aforesaid: and thence again towards the west by the following sections—viz., Nos. 22, 20, 12, 27, and 19 of Block V. aforesaid, and by Sections Nos. 22, 14, 5, 9, and 12 of Block II., Awamoko Survey District—to the north-western corner of Section No. 92 of the said Block I.: and thence by the western boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced to the left bank of the Waitaki River, at the Waitaki Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement.

MOUNT IDA.

This district is bounded towards the north-west generally by the Westland Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the summit of the range between the Hunter River and the Makarora River to Mount Hopkins: thence towards the north-east generally by the Waitaki Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Section No. 92 of Block I., Awamoko Survey District: thence towards the south-east generally by the Oamaru Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to Kakanui Peak; thence by a right line to the nearest source of the Shag River; thence by the said Shag River to the northern boundary-line of Section No. 1 of Block XIII., Swinburn Survey District; thence by a right line in a southerly direction through the said Section No. 1 to the main road; thence by the main road to a point due east of Flat Hill; thence by a right line to the southern source of the Horseburn; thence by the Horseburn to its confluence with the Taieri River; thence by the Taieri River to the north-eastern boundary-line of the Forest Plantation Reserve, in Block II., Strath-Taieri Survey District: thence towards the south-west by the said Plantation Reserve: thence again towards the south-east by Section No. 14 of the said Block II.: and again towards the south-west by Run No. 213A (educational endowment) to its north-western corner: thence again towards the south-east by the said Run No. 213A to Rock and Pillar Mountain; thence by a right line to Soutra Hill; thence by the summit of the leading ridge to Lammerlaw: thence again towards the south-west generally by the summit of the Lammerlaw Range to the main ridge leading to the confluence of the Long Valley Creek with Manorburn; thence by that ridge to the said confluence; thence by Manorburn to the south-eastern boundary of Run No. 220A; thence by Run No. 220A, and by Run No. 220D, and by Runs Nos. 244K, 244J, and 244L to the Manuherikia River; thence by the Manuherikia River to the main road, Clyde to Naseby; thence by that road to Chatto Creek; thence by Chatto Creek and by Run No. 221E to the Dunstan Mountains; thence by the Dunstan Mountains to a point due east of the source of Rise and Shine Creek; thence by a right line to the source of Rise and Shine Creek; and thence by Rise and Shine Creek to its confluence with Bendigo Creek; thence by Bendigo Creek to its confluence with the Bannockburn, and thence by the Bannockburn to the Clutha River; thence by the Clutha River to Lake Wanaka; thence by Lake Wanaka to Quartz Creek, in Dublin Bay, in Lake Wanaka; thence by Quartz Creek to its source; thence by a right line to Mount Gold; thence by the summit of the range between Lakes Wanaka and Hawea to McKerrow Range; thence by the summit of the McKerrow Range and the summit of the Young Range to the Southern Alps, the place of commencement.

WAIKOUAITI.

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the Oamaru Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from Kakanui Peak to the sea: thence towards the south-east generally by the sea and Otago Harbour to the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 2, Block I., Lower Harbour, West Survey District, at Carey’s Bay; thence by the south-western boundary-line of the said Section No. 2 to the road forming the north-western boundary of the Township of Mansford; thence by that road and its continuation westerly to Section No. 23, of Block VI., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; thence by the south-eastern boundary-line of the said Section No. 23 to the western boundary-line of Section No. 10, Block II., Lower Harbour, West Survey District; thence by the western and southern
