THE GARVEYBURN DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the members of the above company will be held at my office, in Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 29th day of August, 1902, at 4 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by me, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

THE MAGNETIC GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Magnetic Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held in Board-room No. 2, Agricultural Hall Buildings, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 9th June, 1902, the following resolution was passed, viz.: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily, and to appoint a Liquidator for the purpose of winding up, and to determine his remuneration.”

Mr. THOMAS CALLENDER and the Board of Directors were appointed Liquidators.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the abovenamed company will be held at the company’s registered office, Ensign Chambers, Mersey Street, Gore, on Friday, the 29th day of August, 1902, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of provisional certificates of title in the name of JOHN FREDERIC MILLNER, formerly of Gisborne, Merchant, and JAMES MILNER, formerly of Gisborne, Plumber, for part of Sections 213 and 121 of the Town of Gisborne, containing 20 perches and 4¾ perches respectively, and being the land contained in certificates of title, Vol. iii., folios 47 and 59, of the Register-book, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the original certificates, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificates of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
