In the matter of the Timaburn Gold-dredging Company (Limited); and in the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a duly constituted extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the abovenamed company, held in the registered office of the company, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 24th day of February, 1902, the following resolution was passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and, accordingly, that it is advisable to wind up the company voluntarily.”

And notice is also given that Mr. Thomas J. McKerrow, of Bond Street, Dunedin, was appointed Liquidator of the said company.
