A PPLICATION having been made to me by MERE-ANIA, of Upokutanete, in the County of Taranaki, aboriginal native, for the issue to her of a provisional certificate of title for Section 92, Okato District, Cape Survey District, being the land in certificate of title, Vol. xx., folio 256, and satisfactory evidence having been adduced of the loss of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the said certificate of title as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice unless caveat be lodged in the meantime forbidding the same.
